Cancellation policy
Please read this policy before registering for a class or workshop.
At Hanato Atelier, our workshops are held in small groups. Because of this, it can be difficult to fill a cancelled spot on short notice. To help us continue offering intimate, high-quality sessions, the following cancellation policy applies to all bookings:
If you cancel 7 or more days before the workshop:
You will receive a full refund, minus a 5% fee to cover transaction costs.
If you cancel 1–6 days before the workshop:
You will receive a digital store credit equal to the full amount paid. This credit can be used for a future workshop or for purchases at Hanato Atelier. Store credits never expire and will be sent to you via email.
Please note: This policy does not apply to the Ikebana Workshop.
Because we prepare fresh flowers and materials in advance, cancellations made within 7 days of the Ikebana Workshop are not eligible for a refund or store credit. However, you (or a friend or family member) are welcome to pick up the prepared materials and the handout on the day of the workshop. This way, you can still enjoy the experience at home.
We understand that illness or other emergencies can arise. We kindly ask you to review this policy before booking, as we must follow it in order to sustain our small-group offerings.

Cancellation policy
Lees dit beleid zorgvuldig door voordat je je inschrijft voor een les of workshop.
Bij Hanato Atelier worden onze workshops in kleine groepen gegeven. Hierdoor is het lastig om op korte termijn een geannuleerde plek opnieuw in te vullen. Om onze intieme en kwalitatieve sessies te kunnen blijven aanbieden, geldt het volgende annuleringsbeleid voor alle boekingen:
Als je 7 dagen of langer vóór de workshop annuleert:
Je ontvangt een volledige terugbetaling, minus 5% transactiekosten.
Als je 1–6 dagen vóór de workshop annuleert:
Je ontvangt een digitale winkeltegoed ter waarde van het volledige bedrag dat je hebt betaald. Dit tegoed kan worden gebruikt voor een toekomstige workshop of aankopen bij Hanato Atelier. Het tegoed verloopt nooit en wordt via e-mail naar je verzonden.
Let op: Dit beleid is niet van toepassing op de Ikebana-workshop.
Omdat we verse bloemen en materialen van tevoren voorbereiden, komen annuleringen binnen 7 dagen vóór de Ikebana-workshop niet in aanmerking voor een terugbetaling of tegoed. Wel ben je (of een vriend of familielid) welkom om op de dag van de workshop de voorbereide materialen en de hand-out op te halen. Zo kun je thuis toch van de ervaring genieten.
We begrijpen dat ziekte of andere noodgevallen kunnen voorkomen. We vragen je vriendelijk om dit beleid goed door te lezen voordat je boekt, aangezien we het moeten volgen om ons kleinschalige aanbod te kunnen behouden.

クラスやワークショップにお申し込みいただく前に、必ずこのポリシーをご確認ください。
Hanato Atelierでは、ワークショップを少人数で開催しています。そのため、直前のキャンセルによって空いた席を再度埋めることが難しい場合があります。引き続き親密で質の高いセッションを提供するため、すべてのご予約に以下のキャンセルポリシーを適用させていただきます。
ワークショップの7日前までにキャンセルされた場合：
お支払い金額の全額から、取引手数料（5%）を差し引いた額を返金いたします。
ワークショップの1〜6日前にキャンセルされた場合：
お支払いいただいた全額と同額の「デジタルストアクレジット」を発行いたします。こちらは今後のワークショップやHanato Atelierでの商品購入にご利用いただけます。ストアクレジットに有効期限はなく、メールにてお送りします。
ご注意：このポリシーは「いけばなワークショップ」には適用されません。
生花のワークショップでは、お花との準備を事前に行うため、ワークショップの7日以内のキャンセルについては、返金やストアクレジットの対象外となります。ただし、当日ご都合がつかない場合でも、準備された花材や資料をワークショップ当日に、ご本人またはご家族・ご友人が受け取りに来ていただくことは可能です。ご自宅で生花体験をお楽しみいただければ幸いです。
急な体調不良や予期せぬ事情が発生することもあるかと思いますが、少人数制での運営を継続するため、本ポリシーを事前にご確認のうえ、ご理解・ご協力いただけますようお願い申し上げます。
