A 20m² studio on the second floor of Het Badhuis, a lively community centre, is available for rent. Located in a friendly neighborhood just a short walk from the city centre, the studio offers a comfortable spot to focus on your art, design, writing, or workshops.

Please note, the studio can be lively during school hours, as it faces a public school.

The space includes access to a sink and a small eating corner right next to the studio. A cozy café is located downstairs, perfect for breaks and sitting at the terrace for inspiration :)

I personally use this studio for my ink painting practice (www.soonhwa-kang.com) and to host creative workshops (www.hanato.site). I love working here, but since I also work from other locations and from home—and sometimes take long vacations—it would be wonderful to share this inspiring space with others.

Rental rates:
Shared rental - Monthly:
• €170 per month
approximately 3–4 days per week. The specific working days will be discussed together to ensure a comfortable rhythm for both of us.
This arrangement is intended for someone who is looking for continuity and a dedicated place to work, and who will treat the studio with care and respect.

Summer vacation only (July/August):
• €400 for 4 weeks
• €500 for 6 weeks

PLUS:
• Wifi included
• Garbage collected by a cleaner
• Access to a larger separate workshop space / or big hall downstairs at very reasonable rates
• A kitchen rent is available in the weekend
