Delivery

We ship within The Netherlands and Belgium with PostNL. You can choose to have your package delivered at home or specify an alternate address.

Shipping charges

Hanato offers a flat shipping rate for each region:
5,5 euro

Delivery times

After we have received your payment we will do our best to send your order as fast as possible. Normally it will take 3-5 days. On the day of the shipping, we will send you an e-mail with track & trace code. With this track & trace code, you can follow the exact status of the delivery.

Return and exchange

In the unlikely event that an item does not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of receipt, if it is unused and in its original packaging. You will need to pay all return postage costs, unless agreed otherwise due to the nature of your complaint.

Damage claims

Hanato accepts damage claims within 14 days. After 14 days damage claims can no longer be accepted. Original (damaged) goods and packaging need to be kept. We will not accept: Items that are not in their original condition and/or packaging.
